She's incredibly kind, patient, and truly listens-not just to what I say, but also to what I don't want. I have a very complex medical history and, admittedly, I'm not always the easiest patient. Despite that, I've always been treated with respect and compassion from the moment I walk in to the moment I leave.Appointments are usually easy to schedule, and I never leave confused or unsure-everything is clearly explained. After a traumatic injury, Rachel was the only provider who was able to truly calm my fears and help me feel at ease when others couldn't.It's not always easy to be kind to someone older who thinks they know everything, but this office handles it with grace.
