5.0 noviembre 28, 2023 Ryan Odder was professional, listened and understood the ongoing problem. He was easy to talk to. He was concerned about the interaction of medication being prescribed with regard to reaction to known medication allergies, and also how the medication would react with my current medication regimen. All staff, including those in the waiting room, and those who did triage and attended me in the patient room before/during Ryan's entry were concerned, polite and professional. Thank you for making me feel comfortable.

5.0 noviembre 16, 2023 I saw PA Odder for what turned out to be the flu. He followed up the next morning to make sure that I saw that I had tested positive for Flu type A. He had prescribed Tamaflu pending test results so I could get a jump on it if positive- I was able to start on the Tamaflu the evening of my appointment when I saw the test results on My Chart. My flu was clearing up when over the weekend I got what we now know was a secondary infection and started feeling worse. Monday morning I called to get an appointment at the MF clinic and could only get on at 4:30 PM with PA Odder - none of the other providers had an opening before that. Ten minutes after making that appointment, PA Odder called me and wanted me to come in as soon as I could - they would work me in. His sense that I was in trouble was he right on as he had to prescribe two strong antibiotics and the Prednisone pack. He said I was on track to end up in the hospital if nothing was done. His proactive action got me on the drugs 8 hours sooner and saved me from getting worse as I was going downhill fast. I am still recovering, but am much better today thanks to his caring action.
