Ryne Johnson, Aprn-NP

Ryne Johnson is a certified nurse practitioner with special interests in emergency medicine, orthopedics and sports injuries. He serves as the lead nurse practitioner for Baylor Scott & White Orthopedic Associates of Dallas' walk-in clinic in McKinney, where he provides same-day evaluation and treatment for patients in need of urgent orthopedic care. Working closely with the practice's orthopedic specialists, Ryne helps patients quickly access the appropriate level of care for musculoskeletal injuries and conditions, from non-surgical treatment plans to timely referrals for advanced orthopedic care when needed.


Ryne grew up playing multiple sports, including Division I soccer and football at the collegiate level. His personal athletic experience, combined with his background in emergency medicine and orthopedics, gives him a unique perspective when caring for active individuals of all ages. He continues to be an avid distance runner. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Meghan, and their children, Natalie and Knox.
