They said if not any better by Friday since it was before Christmas then to call back and they would call in a Rx for steroids. I did call 2 times on Friday and again on Monday because nobody returned my calls. I then went to the clinic and was triaged by one of the LVNs and she then saw how bad I was and she got me an appointment to see the PA the next day. Thank Goodness!! To go find out the call center sent my messages to the wrong doctor. She saw me and gave me a steroid injection and prescribed more steroids for me. She helped me so much while I was getting the run around. SOMETHING HAS GOT TO BE DONE WITH THE CALL CENTER! | |
