Dr. Ali Akbar is a board-certified gastroenterologist with a particular interest in colon cancer screening, inflammatory bowel disease, liver diseases and biliary endoscopy.

Dr. Akbar is a member of the American ... Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy and is certified in gastroenterology by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He has published various research articles in leading gastroenterology journals.


When not working, he enjoys tennis, traveling and spending time with family.
