Deepika Kumaresan, Médica Cirujana

Dr. Deepika Kumaresan is a board-certified physician, specializing in internal medicine. Her professional interests include endocrinology, preventive medicine, integrative medicine, obesity medicine, Type 2 diabetes mellitus, wellness and treating uncommon medical ailments.


Dr. Kumaresan is passionate about offering a 360-degree view of health to empower her adult patients to overcome chronic lifestyle diseases. Her main goal is to keep patients out of the hospital and guide them to healthier and longer lives. She believes in providing exemplary care with compassion and love.

Dr. Kumaresan is a member of the American College of Physicians, the American Medical Association and the Texas Medical Association. She is proud to have research experience in reproductive medicine at Cleveland Clinic.

Outside of work, Dr. Kumaresan enjoys spending time with family, including her son and two cats, meditating and gardening. She is also an avid fan of spiritual health, mental health and yoga and is vocally trained in classical Carnatic Indian music.
