Drew Sanders, MD, MPH

Drew Sanders, MD, MPH, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with fellowship training in orthopedic trauma. He sees patients in Frisco, Texas, providing advanced care for fractures, traumatic injuries and complex orthopedic conditions affecting the bones and joints.

Dr. Sanders specializes in the treatment of pelvic fractures, acetabular fractures, peri-articular fractures, fracture nonunions and malunions, musculoskeletal infections and limb salvage procedures. His clinical interests include orthopedic trauma surgery, fracture care, post-traumatic reconstruction, complex bone and joint injuries, infection management and limb preservation, with a focus on restoring function, mobility and quality of life through personalized treatment plans and advanced surgical techniques.

Dr. Sanders' commitment to advancing the field of orthopedic trauma was recognized through his selection for the prestigious Roy Sanders Orthopaedic Trauma Association Traveling Fellowship. He is an active member of the Orthopaedic Trauma Association and a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.

Recognized for excellence in orthopedic care, Dr. Sanders has been named a Texas Super Doctor by Texas Monthly.

Outside of medicine, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children, fitness and traveling.
