| 5.0 | julio 31, 2025 | Dr. Sloan revived the faith and trust I had lost in medical providers. From newborn to about age 8, my son had an excellent pediatrician at Children's hospital. However, due to insurance loss, we were unable to continue care under said provider. For about to three years until I found Dr Sloan, I visited at least two local family doctors to try and establish a new patient relationship but was unsuccessful.Dr Sloan has treated my son like a human being despite his young age. She turns to address him directly when asking about his symptoms and makes him feel heard. Recently, my son became ill. The symptoms have lasted a few months now. My son has suffered emotionally not knowing the reason behind his symptoms. During our second visit related to this health complaint, we were happy to see Dr Sloan back after her maternity leave. Immediately, she went into detective mode asking question after question about his complaints. Although we left without a diagnosis, we both left very happy and hopeful because he finally felt heard and understood. She clearly explained the labs ordered and what she was looking for. She gave us a few possible outcomes and what we could expect if she wasn't able to find the cause on her end. Although my son has not been doing well the past few months, as a mother I am so thankful for Dr Sloan and her ability to communicate with children and worried parents. Also, we always feel like VIPs at the clinic. There is never a wait time. The accurate online scheduling system is also great. | |
