She is passionate about forming great relationships with her patients, from newborns to adolescents, and their parents. Dr. Helmcamp believes in teamwork, ensuring that parents get all of their questions answered and know that they are always doing the best for their children. She often feels like she’s part of their family and finds that truly rewarding.

Dr. Helmcamp is a proud Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, hiking, reading and traveling.
