Born and raised in Central Texas, Dr. Jordan Handcox is excited to bring her passion and experience in orthopedic care to the Greater Austin Area. She believes in putting the needs and safety of her patients first. Dr. Handcox partners with her patients to determine an individualized treatment plan for them, which can include surgical and/or nonsurgical options. She completed advanced fellowship training in hip and knee replacement surgery at Stanford University. She performs hip replacements utilizing the anterior or posterior approach, partial and total knee replacements, revision replacements, robotic-assisted replacements, and a variety of general orthopedic procedures.
Dr. Handcox is dedicated to improving access to health care for all Texans, and she is committed to expanding the availability of joint replacement surgery to those in need throughout our community.
In her free time, sampling new foods tops her list of favorite things to do. She and her husband also enjoy traveling and seeing the sights of the world. Any extra time is spent with family, friends, or pushing for personal bests.
