4.7 noviembre 3, 2023 Dr. Herrera let me know in the gentlest way I think of that part of my problem was with my (lack of) habit, specifically not drinking enough fluid though I might also have a thyroid issue contributing to it. He scheduled a diagnostic test and a followup in about a year.Also he was able to analyze the kidney stone I passed, and also suggested I drink lemon with the water, but stay away from sodium but have as much calcium as possible. It won't be easy to step up my drinking as much as he suggests (4litres/ day is a LOT more than I drink even in summer) but I will try to do it if it helps avoid another stone (though it took 65 years to get the 1st one)
