Dr. Bouchard is a board-certified Family Medicine physician dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care with a strong focus on preventative medicine. She likes to combines evidence-based conventional treatments with lifestyle medicine and strategies to support whole-person health. Dr. Bouchard believes in empowering patients through education, collaboration and personalized care plans. She is a Dallas native. She enjoys cycling, running, scuba diving and spending time at the beach. She is also a fan of The Ohio State University and the Dallas Cowboys. In her free time, she likes to garden, and spend time at White Rock Lake with her husband. Dr. Bouchard sees patients ages 7 and older.
