Dr Palmer and staff provide excellent patient care. They take the time to listen to your health concerns. Dr. Palmer listens to my health concerns and provides referrals in a timely matter. He makes sure he has addressed all of my concerns at time of appointment. He also answers messages on patient portal in a timely matter or his nurses will respond if Dr Palmer unavailable.

I met Dr. Palmer when my children needed a new primary. I was impressed with his approach. My son has ADHD but instead of pushing medications he said if he is functioning without them then let's keep it that way. I am struggling with my weight and wanted to see how he would approach it. My previous provider seemed to be set on the fact that I would need weight loss surgery despite me stating I did not want it. Dr. Palmer was very caring and listened to my concerns and I couldn't be happier with my visit.

A week prior I took my daughter to the doctor to get drops for her eye and she was pretty much just looked at by a different doctor and sent home when I went to Dr. Palmer. He actually checked my eye to see if there were any scratches in it. He pulled out machines to make sure that my vision was good he gave me drops. He asked me questions, he examined my eye thoroughly both of them he went above and beyond.
