Dra. Nicole Swofford

Dr. Swofford considers it an honor to be entrusted with the care of her patients and values being a dependable presence in their lives.  Driven by genuine connection and a commitment to supporting every stage of life, she delights in treating generations of families.


Dr Swofford is proud to have been a part of the Baylor Scott and White system since 2011.
She is board certified and practices full-scope family medicine:
- treating acute illnesses, managing chronic conditions, and helping patients stay healthy through prevention and lifestyle support
- and providing compassionate care for all ages - newborns, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and seniors.

Dr. Swofford cherishes going through life with her caring husband, four lovable kids and two lively golden retrievers, while keeping Christ in the center of it all. Together they love camping under the stars, cozy movie nights, tending the garden, getting lost in a good book, and serving at their church.  She also has a special fondness for chips & salsa and Blue Bell ice cream.
