Preventive Medicine is an area of special interest for Dr. Kotas. Community service projects Dr. Kotas participates in include Hope Clinic. His community involvement also includes promoting walking/biking to school ... and eating healthy. Dr. Kotas is married to an Obstetrician and has three children. He enjoys writing and performing music on the piano and guitar. Dr. Kotas is fluent in Spanish.

Dr. Kotas was recognized by DFWChild as a Mom Approved doctor for 2023.
