She listens intently and Is always ready to discuss any concerns, and always offers suggestions and advice to Improve my health. I did have some issues with her front desk for about a year, and was considering changing physicians, something I was upset about, but the issues with the front desk were Interfering with my standard of care to be honest. I have secondary Sjogren's disease and also RA, so my relationship with my rheumatologist is extremely important. I decided to make an appointment with Dr. Acharya and discuss these concerns with her as well as have a check-up. She acknowledged that In the past there had been some serious Issues with the front desk, but these had been resolved, and she apologized for any Inconvenience or upset this had caused. She also said that I shouldn't have any worries at all for future interaction with the staff and that all was well. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived there that there were new employees, and mentioned this to Dr. Acharya as well. Her nurse that did my pre-appointment was excellent as well. She was friendly, caring and very thorough. I am extremely satisfied and know that In the future there should be no issues with my care. I am so relieved and will always look forward to my visits now with Dr. Acharya.
