Shannon Alejandro, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with fellowship training in foot and ankle surgery who sees patients in Dallas and Grapevine. She specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of foot and ankle injuries, sports-related conditions, arthritis and complex deformities. Her areas of expertise include foot and ankle sports injuries, ankle arthroscopy, foot and ankle arthritis, total ankle replacement, ankle instability, bunions, hammertoes and reconstructive foot and ankle surgery.


Dr. Alejandro offers both surgical and non-surgical treatment options, including minimally invasive foot and ankle procedures, total ankle replacement, deformity correction, bunion surgery, hammertoe correction and advanced reconstructive procedures designed to relieve pain, restore mobility and help patients return to their active lifestyles.
