It's been my experience in the past to make new appointments for each issue you needed addressed. We covered so many things. When I mentioned I had very limited funds after paying my living expenses I was offered case manager to assist me in planning the scheduling of screen's and tests etc as well as keep me informed of my out of pocket costs and insurance coverage. The Dr. Also set up social worker to periodically check in on me that things were going well .I am looking forward to being under this provider's competent professional and genuine caring approach and demeaner.. For the first time in years I'm confident my health and well being will improve considerably.
