Jessica has experience as both an outpatient and inpatient clinical dietitian. That exposure, paired with her own personal struggle with navigating high cholesterol at the age of 18, has created a passion for helping others. Her goal is to help people enjoy food while setting both realistic and sustainable goals to optimize health.
