Our mission is to promote, enhance, and develop medical education by replicating realistic clinical experiences in a safe setting through best practices and innovation
The Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Temple Clinical Simulation program, in conjunction with Baylor College of Medicine, provides education and training to medical students and health care professionals in Central Texas.
Our program uses high and low fidelity mannequins and patient actors to provide learners a risk free environment in which to practice and learn various procedures and methods.
We support in-situ mock codes, task trainer-based skill building, communication training using simulated patients, and formative team training along with the capability to create novel simulation experiences.
