Clinical simulation training in Central Texas
The Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Temple Clinical Simulation program, in conjunction with Baylor College of Medicine, provides education and training to medical students and health care professionals in Central Texas. We use high and low fidelity mannequins and patient actors to provide learners a risk free environment in which to practice and learn various procedures and methods.

Standardized patients (SP) are individuals who have been coached to consistently and accurately portray an actual medical condition or disease, including a patient's history, physical findings, personality and/or behavior.
Standardized patients are utilized in training activities for medical students, residents, nurses and allied health professionals.
