I felt better just talking to him. It wasn't like talking to a doctor that wants you in and out the office. He took his time with me and made me feel comfortable. We came up with a plan to support me while I get my mental health whole again. I'm currently taking his advice and one day after the appointment I already see a light at the end. This grown (40+) woman was ugly crying in front of a stranger and I never felt more comfortable in my life. Dr. Shane was phenomenal. Ok. I have to stop giving rave review now cause I'm not completely healed yet and I'm about to start ugly crying again. But Dr. Shane let me know I'm human, and we will get through this. That's why I'm still typing while tears are running down my face. I'm grateful I didn't cancel my appointment from embarrassment and anxiety. Thank you Dr Shane. | |
