His opening statement upon arrival "Good to meet you Joyce, I am Dr Smith and I am here for YOU" He displayed a genuine respectful whole heart intent that absolutely made feelimpotant and his greatest concern in the world, further he did everything possible to make feel comfortable, relaxed and assured that I was in very capable, competent care of Dr that was educated, a gentleman, prepared for work, and has a plan laid out to accomplish his goals... Taking true care of me and all of his patient...
