The registered dietitians here in our inpatient rehabilitation center evaluate each patient’s nutritional needs and create individualized meal plans based on medical conditions, swallowing or chewing abilities, and personal food preferences. Education is a key part of our approach—we help patients understand how nutrition supports healing, strength, and long-term wellness. Whether you require a specialized diet or guidance for healthier eating after discharge, our team of registered dietitians is here to support you.

Our care management team serves as the central point of coordination throughout your rehabilitation journey. Care managers assess your needs, help develop and monitor your personalized care plan, and communicate closely with physicians, therapists, nurses, and your support system. They also assist with discharge planning, connecting you to community resources and post-discharge services to help you make a smooth, safe transition back to life beyond inpatient rehabilitation.
