Our fellows receive extensive education and experience in the gross and microscopic surgical pathology of tumors.
Baylor University Medical Center, part of Baylor Scott & White Health, offers the Seeger Endowed Fellowship in Surgical Oncology of the Breast, which is a one-year program that is fully accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME).
Because our training facility performs more than 40,000 mammograms yearly, our fellows have exposure to a full range of breast imaging services with staff members who have become experts in their field.
We accept one breast oncology surgical fellow per year.
As the largest not-for-profit health care system in Texas and one of the largest in the United States, Baylor Scott & White serves 41 counties through 52 hospitals, more than 1,200 access points, more than 7,100 active physicians, more than 52,000 team members and the Baylor Scott & White Health Plan.
